Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit https://biotechcorridor.com (the “Site”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Registration Information.
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
- “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. This site uses cookies to provide more personalized content, social media features, and ads, and to analyze our traffic. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our users browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
We use the Registration Information you provide (such as your company name, email address, and capabilities) to manage your user profile, populate the searchable Company Directory, and facilitate connections in the Biotech Marketplace.
- Public vs. Paywalled Profile Data: By creating a company profile, you consent to having basic information (such as your company name, website, address, and a short description) displayed publicly to all visitors. Additional details, such as “Key Contacts” (name, title, email address) and “Funding Data,” are kept behind a paywall and will only be visible to other registered or Premium tier members.
- User-to-User Messaging and Matchmaking: The Biotech Marketplace features a messaging or inquiry system that allows users to connect directly through the platform to discuss services, capabilities, and partnership interests. We store these communications to facilitate platform functionality. We advise users not to share sensitive or confidential intellectual property through these general inquiry forms.
- Automated Email Alerts: If you choose to opt-in via your Member Dashboard, we will use your email address to send you automated system alerts when new marketplace listings match your criteria or when relevant funding opportunities are posted. You can manage your subscription preferences and opt out of these alerts at any time through your Account Settings.
THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSING
While the Site features tiered access requiring a paid Premium membership, no payments are processed directly on the Biotech Corridor website. Membership payments are securely handled by third-party processors (such as Stripe or PayPal), which are subject to their own separate privacy policies and terms of service. We do not directly collect or store your credit card information.
EXTERNAL LINKS AND EVENT REGISTRATION
Our Events & Networking Calendar allows users to discover industry events, but event registration occurs on external host websites. When you click “Register Here” for an event, you are leaving the Biotech Corridor site. REDI is not responsible for the data collection, privacy practices, or security of those external event hosts.

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. We might share information about your use of our site with our social media, advertising, and analytics partners who may combine it with other information that you’ve provided to them or that they’ve collected from your use of their services. We will never sell your information or share it with unaffiliated entities.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
